Deputy Executive Director

Qualifications:

  • With extensive experience in:
    • Business/industry association work;
    • Handling projects concerning entrepreneurship promotion, membership benefits, MSME development, research, advocacy, government relations and others;
    • Administrative matters in business/industry association work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and pro-active
  • Team player
  • Ability to foster good inter-personal relationships
  • Strong management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Will assist the Executive Director in the management of the Association and the Secretariat;
  • May also be assigned other tasks from time to time

Project Officer

Qualifications:

  • With experience in project management in any of the following:
    • MSME Development
    • Membership Recruitment and Retention
    • Advocacy Projects
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement a project
  • Facility in handling or being assigned multiple projects
  • Work experience in trade associations and NGOs an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player

Responsibilities:

  • Will be assigned to handle or assist in the various projects of PFA

 

Project Officer for Cebu

Qualifications:

  • Cebu-based
  • Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Highly motivated and pro-active
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • With experience in project and event management
  • Knowledge in social media marketing an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit Cebu or Visayas-based franchisors to join the Association;
  • Organize events like expos and business matchings in coordination with the head office;
  • Organize capacity-building activities for PFA members based in Cebu and Visayas;
  • Establish linkage with potential partners;

 

Writer

  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • With experience in the following:
    • E-Newsletters
    • Press Releases
    • Proposals
  • Ability to solicit and incorporate diverse perspectives
  • Team player

 

Web Developer/IT Staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree in computer science, software development or similar
  • Has working knowledge on Database Management System and CRM
  • Has experienced in developing responsive websites using programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and PHP
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience Building User Interfaces and Prototypes From Wireframes and Designs
  • Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
  • Thrive in a Team Environment
  • Can Work Well Under Pressure and be able to multi-task
  • Has work initiative

Tasks:

  • Assist the company in terms of technical requirements
  • Responsible in creating online registration forms for the Associations’ events
  • Continued maintenance, development and bug fixes for the existing websites
  • Code and Deploy Applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment
  • Update Current Websites to Meet Modern Web Standards
