|PFA Meets with Philippine Embassy-Malaysia to Explore Expansion Opportunities|

PFA recently made a courtesy call to the Philippine Embassy and Philippine Trade & Investment Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to discuss investment potentials of Filipino Franchise Brands there. PFA Vice Chairman Bing Sibal-Limjoco (leftmost) met with Consul-General Medardo Macaraig (Center), Vice Consul Johann Veronica M. Andal (rightmost) and Trade Assistant Gigi Lee to gain a deeper understanding of the Malaysian market and help in the Association’s programs to support the overseas expansion efforts of its members as well as prepare its members in the looming ASEAN economic integration. Ms. Limjoco also met with Dr. Alicia D. Santos, Labor Attache, for a partnership arrangement that will organize a franchise seminar for the Filipino community in Malaysia. The said seminar is part of PFA’s financial literacy advocacy to educate overseas Filipinos on wise franchise investment.
