By submitting this application, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the NxtGen in Franchising Philippines Annual Search 2022;

Meets eligibility requirements:

Must be a Philippine Registered Company;

With 1 to 5 outlets;
-
Willing to give additional information required by the Committee and/or Board of Judges;

Must be available for the required interview.

Agree to provide video testimonials to be used for the various social media accounts and website of the NxtGen in Franchising Philippines (for Finalists and Winners).

(Only signed agreement form will be accepted as final application for the NxtGen in Franchising Philippines Annual Search)
I hereby certify that the information submitted herewith are correct to the best of my knowledge. The company agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the NxtGen in Franchising Philippines Annual Search 2022 Committee and Board of Judges and will:

Be available for interviews;

Provide additional materials if required;

Accept the award if bestowed upon the company;

Be present during the awarding ceremonies if bestowed upon the company
Also, by affixing my signature, the company agrees that PFA may:

Share the applicant's information with the competition's judges and;

Use it to fully scrutinize application.
I further agree that PFA may provide the company's contact information to the judges should they have further clarifications regarding the application.
