LA SALSA FIL-MEX CANTINA

Big Salsa Food Corporation, established in 2011 as Big Dawgs Bistro, has grown to four restaurants. After plans to franchise were delayed by the pandemic, the company adapted by introducing Filipino-Mexican fusion dishes. In 2021, they opened La' Salsa Fil-Mex, blending the bold flavors of both cuisines in a vibrant, inclusive dining experience for all.
