Professor Enrique “Eric” Pablo O. Caeg is a Clinical Professor and the Academic Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management.
He also serves as the Founding President of the Philippine Council for Small and Medium Businesses, Board Adviser at the Asian Consulting Group, Chairman of the Board of Coaches Connect Service Cooperative, Board of Trustee at the Philippine AI Business Association, Founder of the Retail Academy Philippines; Board of Trustee and Executive Program Director of Marketing Institute of the Philippines, the credentialing arm of the Philippine Marketing Association.
Additionally, he holds several credentials including: Certified Professional Marketer, Asia given by the Asian Marketing Federation; Certified Team & Shared Leadership Coach given by Leadership In Motion USA, an ICF accredited program, Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner given by Genos Internal of Australia.
On top of his multiple roles, he has numerous accolades. Prof. Caeg earned his bachelor’ s degree in Commerce, major in Marketing from the San Beda University and his master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). In 1988, upon his graduation from College, the Philippine Marketing Association recognized him as San Beda College’s first awardee of the Outstanding Marketing Student, now known as the AGORA Youth Awards.
Furthermore, he is also a PhD Candidate for Organization Development, at the SAIDI School for Organization Development.

Esprutingkle Food Corp.
Mr. Lester Mark Estrella Yee is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. Currently, he serves as the CEO and President of the Esprutingkle Group of Companies, the country’s largest franchisee of 7-Eleven stores with a total of 104 stores currently operating.
Under his direction, the organization has experienced significant growth and expansion, now operating 171 stores across 32 provinces throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Additionally, he also manages Esprutingkle’s own brands, including a hotel, café, water refilling station, convention center, laundry shop, pharmacy, meat shop, and motors.
Through these ventures, Mr. Lester has demonstrated his ability to build and sustain a wide-ranging business ecosystem that caters to various market segments, contributing to economic activity and employment across multiple regions in the Philippines.

Mr. Rommel Ng currently serves as the President of G2G All Spice Eatery Group Inc.
Aside from being one of the founders of Buffalo's Wings N' Things, he held pivotal roles at esteemed establishments such as Jollibee Foods Corporation, Outback Steakhouse, and Shakey's Pizza.
Additionally, he also actively champions the industry through his advocacy, "The Resto Coach", driven by an authentic passion for the sector's growth and sustainability.
Mr. Rommel graduated with a Degree in Communication from the University of the Philippines.

GREG BANZON
COO and Executive Vice President
Century Pacific Food, Inc.
Mr. Gregory “Greg” H. Banzon is the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President of Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI), one of the Philippines’s leading food companies, home to market leaders such as Century Tuna, Argentina, 555, and Birch Tree.
In this role, he directly oversees CPFI’s key business units consisting of Dairy, Meat, Sardines, Refrigerated Food, and Plant-based Nutrition. He was a key mover in leading Century Tuna to become the dominant player in Canned Tuna through health and fitness. Furthermore, he also currently leads the charge in CPFI’s Global Branded business, including the international expansion of unMEAT in Plant-based Alternatives, as well as food service.
Under his leadership, the company was awarded the Asia Export Marketing Award in 2018 in recognition of the global expansion of the Century Tuna and Argentina Canned Meat brands and 2025 Agora Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Export Marketing in recognition of unMEAT’s international efforts.
Prior to Century Pacific, he held Managing Director roles at Johnson & Johnson and RFM and key roles at Bayer and Citibank.
Mr. Greg is a multi-awarded executive, a three-time recipient of the country’s most prestigious marketing honor, the Agora Awards in 2011, 2014, and 2018. He was recently honored for his Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management at the recently held Agora Awards 2025.
He was also awarded the CEO Excel Award for Business Communications by the International Association of Business Communications in 2017. He was also included in the Circle of Excellence of the Asia CEO Awards in 2022 for his performance as Chief Operating Officer for Century Pacific Food, Inc.
Additionally, Mr. Greg was named by the country’s top Advertising industry publication, the Adobo Magazine as among the 10 Most Influential People in Marketing & Advertising in 2016.

Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. (SPAVI)
Ms. Catherine Joyce Espinoza currently serves as Head of Business Process Operations and Special Projects at Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI). In this role, she leads multi-channel service operations, guest feedback management, and enterprise process improvements across multiple brands.
With over 20 years of experience in contact center and business process services, including 15+ years in the F&B industry across Jollibee Group, Yellow Cab, and Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI), she is known for driving operational excellence and building scalable systems that strengthen customer experience through data-driven insights, automation, and structured feedback.
She plays a critical role in aligning operations with brand standards, ensuring consistency, speed, and service quality across stores.
Ms. Joyce holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
