Mr. Rodolfo “Rudy” Ang is Vice President for Administration of the Ateneo.  He has held a variety of different administrative posts within the university over the years, including as Dean of the Graduate School of Business, and as Dean of the John Gokongwei School of Management.

He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila in 1983 with two undergraduate degrees, AB Communications, and BS Management (Honors), magna cum laude, and earned his MBA at Boston College in 1988, graduating as class valedictorian.

Mr. Ang is a serial entrepreneur, with business interests in small-scale commercial real estate development, and fast-food franchises.  His RPA group of companies operates a network of 60 outlets of Jollibee, Chowking, Red Ribbon, and (soon) Mang Inasal.  He is a five-term Board member of the Jollibee Franchisees Association (thrice elected Chairman, in 2007, 2022, and 2023), and is a member of various Franchise Advisory Councils of the Jollibee Foods Corporation.

Mr. Allan Cao serves as the Executive Director for Assurance and Markets at PwC Philippines. With his vast experience in financial, operational, and internal control audits across diverse industries, he has developed a unique specialization in budget, tax, and international accounting and auditing. Allan spearheads business development, marketing, communications, knowledge management, and corporate responsibility units, playing a crucial role in the firm's growth and accomplishment of objectives.

 

In addition to his role at PwC Philippines, Mr. Cao is the Executive Director of Isla Lipana & Co. Foundation, further showcasing his leadership prowess. An alumnus of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. His comprehensive skill set is further enhanced by the Management Development Program he attended at the Asian Institute of Management.

Mr. Bo Lundqvist is a top-notch executive with more than 25 years’ experience in providing business advisory and IT consulting services, both locally and abroad, in the commercial aspects of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and LR Retail Solutions.

 

Moreover, his vast experience includes, but not limited to, conceptualizing business foundations, critical success areas, and roadmaps for successful ventures in the Asia Pacific. Mr. Lundqvist is also an entrepreneur of Swedish origin and a resident of the Philippines since 2008.

 

Mr. Lundqvist is also one of the founders of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (NordCham), where he holds the topmost position since 2014. NordCham is the largest Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Asia that is organizing high-profile events as well as providing membership and consulting services for the Nordic-Philippine business community.

 

A cool piece of trivia about Mr. Lundqvist is when he is not at work – you can find him practicing his favorite hobby of teaching scuba diving while also enjoying the beautiful underwater scenery at one of the many resorts around the Philippines.

Mr. Jun Roy is the President of Regenerative Transformation Institute.

 

Prior to setting up his own consulting company, he was a former OD Consulting Sector Head of Nomura Research Institute (NRI) – Manila, which is the 2019 Global No. 1 Think Tank and Top 10 Fintech company in the world in 2021.

 

He is the current Vice Chairman of the Board and 2021 President of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD). He is also the current Chair of Leadership Committee of People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

 

He has 25+ years of leadership experience in HR, Corporate Performance Management, and Quality Management both in the Philippines and abroad.

Mr. Paul Reynaldo B. Chico is a seasoned McDonald’s franchisee with over 23 years of experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana University.

 

Mr. Chico’s career journey includes managerial roles at San Miguel Corporation and academia at De La Salle University. He transitioned to McDonald’s Philippines in 1998 as a Registered Applicant and has owned and operated six successful restaurants in Bataan since 2001, with plans for further expansion in Mariveles and Limay, Bataan.

 

He is actively involved in advocacies, serving as a Director for the UP Industrial Engineering Alumni and participating in community initiatives like the Obispado de Balanga Bahay Puso Foundation and teaching Tagalog at the Catholic Sisters of Notre Dame. Beyond business, Mr. Chico enjoys sports, gardening and farming.

 

With his vast experience, commitment to excellence, and dedication to community service, Mr. Chico is a compelling speaker capable of inspiring audiences with his insights and stories of success.

With over 20 years retail management experience, Mr. Brice Justin Godfried is currently the Vice President for Operations of DOKTORS GENERICS PHARMACY INC., a franchisee of TGP THE GENERICS PHARMACY with over 110 stores nationwide. Brice also handles a modular system manufacturing business.

 

He is the co-founder of COCOPAN, the fastest growing neighborhood bakery chain in the Philippines. A BS Management graduate from Ateneo De Manila University, Mr. Godfried is passionate in making innovations in the retail industry and finding new ways to satisfy customer’s needs. He worked in other industries as well including personal care and consumer electronics.

 

Mr. Godfried firmly believes that in order for companies to grow, God should always come first. That is why he takes time every week to teach the bible to the people in the office as well as mentoring families with his wife and two sons.

Ms. Judy Anne Lorenzo is an active Moonleaf Tea Shop Franchisee for 5 years now through her Moonleaf Branch in Marikina City.

 

From upholding quality of products; promoting teamwork and integrity within her team; to being actively involved in the community, Ms. Lorenzo truly is a great representation and ambassador of the the Moonleaf Brand.

 

Apart from upholding the values of the brand, Ms. Lorenzo has shown an excellent growth mindset through constant proactiveness towards opportunities and learnings for her Moonleaf Franchise.

 

She has been granted the “Up Your Business” Award during the Grab Merchant Community Conference. She has been active in collaborations with local brands within her Marikina community.
